We like simplicity and clarity. We try to make it as easy as possible for you. But unfortunately, you still have a question. We have written down the most frequently asked questions so that we can help you as quickly as possible. Should this not be the case, we are of course happy to help you personally. How annoying that you are unable to log in. Perhaps it is not entirely clear whether it is a letter, number or special character. It is important to copy the correct data. Here are a few more examples you could try:

  • The login information is case sensitive
  • Both the digit 0 and the letter O are used
  • The uppercase letter i and the lowercase letter L look alike
  • We also use special characters such as a comma (,) or period (.)
  • A dollar sign ($) can be confused with an S because it only has a dash at the bottom and top
  • Also make sure there is no space before or after it

It is also important to know that ordering is only possible within the order period that we have agreed with your employer/giver of the gift. You can find the order period with your login details on the voucher or in the email. After this period it is unfortunately no longer possible to place an order with your login details.

If you received voucher or email by name (at home address or with your name in the email or on the voucher) then we may be able to trace your login details. If you received the voucher personally then it is best to contact the person who presented the gift. They can then contact us. Of course you can also contact us via "Contact us" at the bottom of this page. We would like to receive your name, address and the name of the company you received the voucher from. We will then check this and possibly discuss with your employer whether we can/may provide new data.

We take into account a broad target group that can order a gift in our webshop. For this reason, we have made the ordering process very simple and most of the steps are self-explanatory.
